Established in 1994, Scottish Biomedical is a private, self-funded drug discovery services company located on the West of Scotland Science Park, Glasgow, Scotland.

Our capabilities and expertise are in the areas of ethical tissue acquisition, molecular biology, protein technology, primary & secondary assay development, high-throughput & high-content screening, medicinal chemistry and pharmacology.

Scottish Biomedical’s scientists are experts in signal transduction.

We routinely draw upon our expertise in intracellular signalling and understanding of how a specific target interacts and functions in the cellular environment to enable us to identify desirable characteristics of drug targets and candidates.
