Screening

Our screening team is adept at developing and operating high content and throughput screens (fluorimetric (polarisation and FRET), radio-isotope, SPA, FLEX Station 3, bioluminescence (BRET), chemiluminescence, ALPHA and ion channels. Our laboratories are equipped with sophisticated robots and liquid handling systems (96 and 384 format) so we can rapidly screen client’s own compound collections or Scottish Biomedical small molecule libraries to generate new leads.

Scottish Biomedical offer both diverse Lead Generation Libraries based around proprietary algorithms and Focused Chemical Libraries (GPCR, PDEs, Phosphatases, Kinases etc).
